Processing Time:
Order processing may take up to 5-7 business days, especially during sales.
Note: Each Real Freshwater Pearls Bracelet is carefully checked to ensure the highest quality before shipping.
Delivery Times:
If your tracking information indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office, as they might have held it or left it at your address.
However, you can reach us anytime; our team is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order.
Note: that delivery timing may vary during high-demand periods.

Customs Clearance:
For international orders, customs charges are on customers, and if the customs clearance is not managed within the specified time, then the customers are liable for the return shipping cost.
In case the parcel is destroyed due to delays in customs clearance, the customer will be responsible for a 50% deduction from the total amount.
Note: Return shipping costs can be deducted from any refund or reissue.
Returns and Refunds
Order Cancellation:
To cancel any order, please inform us within 24 hours. We will not accept the request for cancellation after 24 hours.
Defective or Damaged Products:
We take pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a defective or damaged bracelet, please email us at support@arapearls.com within 30 days of receipt with clear photos and videos of the issue.
We will arrange for the replacement of the damaged item. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Products:
For incorrect products, we will cover the return costs and will either issue a full refund or send you the correct item.
Partial Refunds:
Product Not Arrived:
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@arapearls.com We will ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Replacement of the Item:
If you do not feel satisfied with the item for any reason, reach out to us within 30 days for replacements and refunds.
Please allow 5–15 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you do not see the refund within 15 days, contact your bank and email us so we can review the process.
Note: Shipping costs and any fees from credit card or PayPal transactions will be deducted from the refund.
